Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect

please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Photos of the item
• Brief description of the issue

If approved, we will replace the damaged or incorrect item at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of purchase.

After this time, orders immediately enter processing and cannot be canceled.
